You can delete your RoomPin account and the personal data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it — directly in the app, or by sending us a request. This applies to the RoomPin website at roompin.in and the RoomPin Android app, which share one account.
If you can still sign in:
If you've removed the app or can't sign in, email us and we'll delete your account for you:
Send the request from the email address on your account, or tell us the email or phone number you signed up with, so we can confirm it's really you. We'll verify your request and delete the account — as soon as we can confirm ownership, and in any case within 30 days.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted it can't be recovered, and we can't restore your listings, search, or settings. If you only want to take a break, you can pause your listing or search instead of deleting your account.
