Usually Phase 3 (Maan) and the outer parts of Phase 2. Phase 1 is the oldest and best connected, and its rents sit at the top of the range.
If your office is in the park, usually yes. You skip the Hinjewadi–Wakad traffic, which can take an hour or two out of every day. If you would rather have restaurants and somewhere to go in the evening, Wakad, Baner and Balewadi are 10 to 30 minutes away.
